Telecalling Executive

• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers generated through leads or databases
• Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and location details clearly
• Generate site visit appointments and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic customer queries
• Follow up with interested clients regularly until closure or site visit
• Update CRM or lead management system daily
• Required Skills:Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
• Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM preferred)

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
