🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Call given leads and convert into sales
• Explain loan products and benefits clearly
• Handle customer queries and objections
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain lead data and follow-ups
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
• Age: 18 – 30 years
• 12th Pass required
• Freshers can apply
• Hindi & English mandatory
• Additional languages (Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu) will be given priority
• Good communication and convincing skills
