Job Title: Telephone sales Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telephone sales Agents to join our student admissions team. The Telephone sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and their families, inviting them to attend seminars and providing them with information about our educational programs. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and comfortable with cold calling.

Responsibilities:

·      Making outbound calls to prospective students and their families to invite them to attend seminars and providing them with information about our educational programs.

·      Cold calling potential students to generate interest and encourage attendance at events.

·      Responding to inquiries via phone and email from potential students and their families.

·      Maintaining accurate records of communication with potential students and their families.

·      Following up with prospective students and their families to ensure attendance at events.

·      Meeting individual and team targets for student attendance at events.

Requirements:

·      Minimum 12th qualification or equivalent.

·      Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).

·      Proven track record in cold calling and Telesales.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·      Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential students and their families.

·      Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
