Job Description: Telecaller – Event Lead Generation

Job Overview:

Vaviya Events is looking for a confident and target-driven Telecaller to manage outbound and inbound calls with the objective of generating quality leads for events. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the sales team for successful conversions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Outbound Calling:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads and databases.

• Promote Vaviya Events’ services including corporate events, social events, exhibitions, and luxury events.

• Understand client requirements such as event type, date, venue, budget, and expectations.

• Generate qualified leads and share them with the sales team for follow-up and closure.

 

Inbound Call Handling:

• Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information about event services.

• Answer client queries and build interest in the company’s offerings.

• Schedule meetings, callbacks, or site visits for the sales team as required.

 

Lead Management & Follow-ups:

• Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up status in Excel or CRM.

• Conduct timely follow-up calls to convert inquiries into potential bookings.

• Update lead status and remarks accurately on a daily basis.

 

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate closely with the sales and operations teams for smooth lead handover.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups.

• Ensure effective communication to maximize lead conversion opportunities.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred) with prior experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Support Executive.

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and call reporting.

• Ability to work with targets and handle rejection positively.

 

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Experience in event management, hospitality, real estate, or service-based industries is an added advantage.

• Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

 

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• 6 Days a Week
