Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telesales Executive to support the growth of our dermatology and aesthetic clinic. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert leads generated through digital platforms (Meta, Google, website, and other online channels) into confirmed consultations and treatments. The ideal candidate is confident in cold calling, persuasive in communication, and comfortable working with sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound (cold) calls to leads generated through Meta, Google Ads, clinic website, and other digital platforms.
- Educate potential clients about the clinic’s dermatology and aesthetic services.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable consultations or treatments.
- Schedule appointments and ensure proper coordination with the clinic team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Handle basic queries regarding services, pricing, offers, and procedures.
- Build and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to ensure high lead-to-appointment ratios.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or sales support (healthcare/aesthetic industry preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
