Job Title: Tele Marketing Executive

Location: Mumbai, India

Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Weekly Off)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Tele Marketing Executive with proficiency in English, Hindi,Telugu, Kannada any One. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects over the phone, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote company products/services.
• Explain product/service features clearly in English, Kannada, and Telugu.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales team for converting qualified leads.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
• Languages: Fluency in English, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Marati any one.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, , or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
