Telemarketing Executive

1. ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a persuasive and professional Female Tele-marketing Executive to drive our B2B outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with decision-makers in the Rubber and Plastic manufacturing sectors, introducing our raw material solutions, and converting leads into business opportunities.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outbound Outreach: Execute daily outbound calling campaigns to potential B2B clients and manufacturers.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with new and existing customers to understand their specific product requirements.
• Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our rubber and plastic raw materials to secure interest.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly calling targets and monthly sales objectives.
• System Management: Regularly update the CRM/Internal system with customer interactions, sales data, and follow-up schedules.
• Negotiation: Handle objections professionally and negotiate terms to advance the sales process.

3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Age Criteria: 25 to 35 years.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in Tele-marketing, Tele-sales, or Inside Sales.
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, and CRM data entry).
• Core Competencies: Strong communication, active listening, and high-level negotiation skills.

4. WORK CONDITIONS

• Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai.
• Work Mode: 100% In-office.
• Joining: Immediate to 15 days (Preferred).
