Telemarketing Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our real estate team as a Cold Caller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential property sellers and buyers via phone, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. No prior real estate experience is required, but excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential sellers and buyers using a provided list.
• Identify potential property leads and assess their interest in selling or buying real estate.
• Build rapport with prospects to nurture long-term relationships.
• Set appointments for real estate agents with interested leads.
• Accurately record call notes, prospect information, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads as necessary to maintain interest and build trust.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on common objections and trends encountered during calls.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence.
• Ability to handle rejection and objections with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Basic understanding of real estate is an advantage but not required.
