Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote gold jewellery collections and offers

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally

• Explain product details, pricing, offers, and schemes clearly

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales or store visits

• Follow up with customers for repeat sales and relationship building

• Maintain accurate customer records and call details

• Coordinate with the store sales team for appointments and closures

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive / Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive (preferred)

• Experience in jewellery, retail, luxury goods, or sales will be an added advantage

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English and Marathi is a plus

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach

• Ability to handle objections and close sales

• Basic knowledge of CRM or calling software is desirable
