We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Staff to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products to individuals and businesses, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients who are in need of loan services, including Home loan, Mortgage loans, Business Loan, Personal loan and Working Capital
• Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Provide information and educate clients on loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria.
• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan products.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our loan products, market trends, and competitors.
• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the sales process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in financial services or loans.
• Strong understanding of loan products and financial terminology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
