Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our Loan Department. The primary role is to generate leads by calling potential customers and explaining loan products.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Generate leads for personal loans/business loans
- Explain loan products and basic eligibility
- Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure
- ✅ Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
