Job Title: Telesales Executive (Gym/Fitness Center)

Department: Sales & Membership

Location: Gym Front Office / Remote (as required)

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Gym Manager

Job SummaryA Gym Telesales Executive is responsible for generating membership sales through phone calls, follow-ups, and customer engagement. The role focuses on persuading potential clients to join the gym, explaining membership benefits, and maintaining strong relationships with existing members.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and introduce gym membership plans.
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, social media inquiries, and walk-in prospects.
• Explain membership benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions clearly and convincingly.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain an accurate database of customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide correct information about gym services, classes, and timings.
• Build rapport with potential clients and encourage them to visit the gym for a tour or free trial.
• Assist with membership renewals by contacting existing members.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the gym professionally.
• Coordinate with the fitness team and management for smooth onboarding of new members.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and persuasive speaking skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, call logs).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused mindset.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or gym sales preferred.
