Telesales Executive

This role focuses on outbound and inbound customer calls to generate leads, explain product features, and finalize orders.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Success is measured by call volume, lead conversion rate, and revenue closed.

• Key Responsibilities 60–80 outbound calls daily to prospects and existing clients
• Present product benefits, warranty terms, and service policies in clear, persuasive language
• Qualify leads, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and secure phone-based sales
• Log call details, quotations, and orders in CRM for accurate forecasting
• Liaise with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to track delivery timelines
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to pipeline accuracy
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline; mechanical engineering is a plus
• 2–4 years’ experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer outreach roles
• Proven ability to meet or exceed phone-driven sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar) and MS Office
• Skills and Competencies: Confident verbal communication and active listening
• Quick learner with technical curiosity to understand product specifications
• Strong negotiation skills and resilience under rejection
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets
