Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. Your primary role will be to call potential customers, understand their car requirements, and convert leads into showroom visits and sales. If you are a good communicator who enjoys talking to people and closing deals — this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers from provided leads and enquiries on a daily basis
• Understand customer requirements — budget, preferred car type, brand, and usage
• Explain available car inventory, pricing, EMI options, and offers clearly
• Convince and schedule customers for showroom visits or test drives
• Follow up consistently with interested leads via calls and WhatsApp
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel on a daily basis
• Coordinate with the on-ground sales team for smooth customer handover
• Meet daily call targets and monthly lead conversion goals
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
• Collect feedback from customers post-visit or post-purchase

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication in Hindi and/or local regional language
• Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for lead tracking
• Ability to handle rejections and objections without losing motivation
• Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs quickly
• Comfortable working in a target-based environment

Good to Have

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (any industry)
• Knowledge of used car market or automobile basics
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management software
• Experience handling WhatsApp Business for customer follow-ups

Salary Structure

• Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
• Performance-based incentives on top of fixed salary

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
