Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and generate leads for residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining project details, and arranging property site visits to support the sales team in closing deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers and inform them about available residential and commercial properties.
• Explain project details, pricing, and current offers to interested clients.
• Generate genuine leads and schedule site visits for customers.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain good relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support property bookings and deal closures.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and lead status.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or sales-related roles.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide property information clearly.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market is preferred.
