Telesales Executive

• Sales Generation: Initiating outbound cold calls or responding to inbound inquiries to promote and sell products or services.
• Customer Engagement: Using prescribed scripts to explain products, answer questions, and understand customer needs.
• Relationship Building: Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upsell new offerings.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales quotas and call volume targets
