Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Tele-sales Executive to handle customers who have raised return requests through the website (Abandoned Returns). The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, understanding their concerns, and reducing return cases by providing proper support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call customers who have placed return requests on the website.
• Understand the reason for return and provide suitable resolution.
• Convince customers to retain the product (if possible).
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team if return needs to be processed.
• Update call status and remarks in the system.
• Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM).
• Experience in customer service / Tele-sales preferred.
