Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Tele Sales Executives (Health Insurance) to handle Fresh Sales and Policy Portability (Port). The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, targetdriven, and capable of closing health insurance sales over the phone while ensuring compliance with IRDAI guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for fresh health insurance sales and policy portability.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
  • Clearly explain policy features, benefits, waiting periods, exclusions, and premiums.
  • Handle customer objections and close sales effectively over calls.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to ensure timely conversions.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and policy issuance.
  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th Pass.
  • Mandatory recent experience in health insurance tele sales
  • Hands-on experience in Fresh Sales and Portability (Port)
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
  • Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset


Working Details

  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 6 days working
