Job Description
Telesales Executive
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and share details about the Women Fun Fest event.
- Explain event benefits, activities, and registration process clearly and convincingly.
- Convert provided leads into successful registrations.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and update CRM.
- Handle queries from participants with a customer-friendly approach.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the event and operations team when required.
