Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain financial products and services clearly to clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of cases.
- Key Skills Required:Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Marathi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, insurance, investments preferred).
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Key Skills Required:Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Marathi preferred).
