Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Hakanis Bima Solution LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain company products and services clearly and confidently
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain and update customer records
• Follow up with interested clients to close deals
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide basic support
• Maintain professional communication at all times

• Job Requirements
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus)
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Sales-oriented mindset with target focus
• Basic knowledge of computers and calling systems
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience preferred (freshers can apply)
• Ability to work from office in Andheri
• Preferred Skills, Confidence and positive attitude
• Good listening skills
• Ability to handle rejection
• Team player with self-motivation
