TELESALES Executive

CTC: 20,000/-

In-hand: 16,000/-

Joining Bonus: 5,000/-

Performance Based Incentive: Up to 30000/-

6 days working - Rotational Week-off & Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:

* Make 200-250 calls daily to customers as part of sales or customer support processes.

* Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales target.

* Follow up with leads, resolve customer queries, and provide necessary assistance.

* Ensure high-quality interactions with customers, maintaining professionalism.

* Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

* Handle outbound calls and solve customer queries efficiently.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in telecalling or telesales.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle high call volumes and meet daily sale targets.

* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage time effectively.

* Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
