Job Overview: Champions Private Tuitions is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with parents and students, explain our coaching programs, and assist with admissions. The role involves handling inquiries, promoting our academic programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

. Call prospective parents and students from the provided database.

• Explain courses offered for Class 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 (ICSE & CBSE).
• Provide information about JEE, NEET, MHT-CET preparation and foundation courses.
• Inform students about demo lectures, orientation sessions, and scholarship tests (CAET).
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain records of calls and update the student inquiry database.
• Coordinate with the academic team for admissions and scheduling.
• Handle basic queries from parents regarding courses and fees.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Confident and polite phone etiquette.
• Ability to explain educational programs clearly.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Forms, WhatsApp communication).
• Ability to convince and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Preferred QualificationsGraduate or pursuing graduation.
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or education counseling preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Salary: Fixed salary + Incentives based on admissions

• Working Hours: 6 days a week
