• 📞 Connect with customers and explain car loan or refinance options.
• 🚗 Generate and follow up on leads for new, used, refinance, and top-up loans.
• 📋 Collect and verify customer documents accurately.
• 🏦 Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and processing.
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• 🎯 Achieve monthly loan sales and conversion targets.
• 💼 Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
