Telesales Executive

We are hiring for our client Impactguru for Telesales Executive role for Mumbai.

Location: Andheri East – Marol

Salary: 20,000 – 28,000 per month

Interview mode : Face to Face (14th & 16th Feb)

Notice Period : Only Immediate Joiners required

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls to explain insurance products

- Understand customer requirements & recommend suitable plans

- Achieve sales targets through effective communication & follow-ups

- Maintain accurate call logs & update CRM regularly

- Build strong customer relationships & provide basic post-sales support

Eligibility Criteria:

- Prior experience in telesales/telecalling (Insurance preferred)

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)

- Strong negotiation & persuasion skills

- Comfortable with high-volume calling & target-based environment
