Job Description
primary responsibility attend and follow up online inquiries from trade india and india mart ,google seo,convert online inquiries into orders,maintain customer data base and schedule.
Daily Tasks
- Respond to new leads within 5–10 minutes
- Call buyers, understand requirement (type of brush, quantity, price)
- Send quotations via WhatsApp/email
- Follow up until order closure
- Coordinate with production & dispatch
- Update lead status daily
