💼 JOB ROLE (COMMON FOR ALL PROCESSES)

• Position: Telecalling Executive / Customer Calling Associate
• Industry: Banking & Financial Services
• Work Type: Voice Process (Outbound Calls & Inbound Calls)

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to customers
• Explaining banking products (Credit Cards / Personal Loans / Banking Services)
• Verifying customer details
• Assisting customers to complete the process
• Updating call records in the system
• Achieving daily & monthly targets

🔹 Premium Process

Age: 20+

Qualification: HSC Pass

Experience: Minimum 6 months

English: Fluent

Salary: ₹21,000 in-hand

🔹 VKYC Process

Age: 20+

Qualification: HSC Pass

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

English: Intermediate

Salary: ₹17,000 in-hand

🔹 Normal Process

Age: 20+

Qualification: HSC Pass

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

English: Basic

Salary: ₹15,000 in-hand

Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM

Week Off: Sunday Fixed

📍 Location: Powai

[B] L&T PERSONAL LOAN PROCESS

Language Requirement:

5 Telugu Speakers

5 Kannada Speakers

Qualification: SSC / HSC Pass (Marksheet Mandatory)

English: Average

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Candidate must be confident & talkative

💰 Salary:

PF Employees: ₹17K Net / ₹19K Gross

Non-PF Employees: ₹18K Net

Linguistic Candidates: ₹18K–₹20K In-hand

Shift: 9:30 AM – 7 PM

Week Off: 3 Sundays Fixed + 1 Rotational

📍 Location: Chandivali

💰 Salary:

PF Employees: ₹16.5K Net / ₹18.5K Gross

Non-PF Employees: ₹17.5K Net

Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM

Week Off: All Sundays + 13 Bank Holidays
