Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for contacting students/parents, explaining our courses and services, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and attend inbound calls to students and parents
• Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
• Handle inquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain call records
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets
• Maintain proper communication and relationship with clients

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
• Basic knowledge of using mobile phones and calling systems
• Ability to convince and handle objections calmly
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
• Prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage
