Job Title: Telecalling & Telesales Executive

Department: Personal Loan

Salary: 20,000 CTC + Performance-Based Incentive (18,500 in hand) (min. incentive 25,000 per month; max. uncapped to 1 lakh)

Location: Goregaon, Kalyan, Andheri, and Vasai

Experience: 0–2 years (telesales/telecalling preferred) (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.

• Explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain and update customer data, call logs, and follow-up records.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.

• Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the call process.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Target-driven with a positive attitude.

• Preferred languages: Hindi, Marathi, and English.

Preference: Male Preferred

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Salary: Fixed salary + Attractive Incentives (based on performance)
