Job Description

  • Maintain and update trade portals like Indiamart, Tradeindia etc to generate relevant leads and convert to sale
  • Follow up with customers and coordinate with the respective departments for order fulfilment.
  • Should be able to understand customer requirements and guide them with most suitable product fit.
  • Handling all walk-in customers in the office and their queries.
