Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers and explain our casting products
• Understand customer needs and give correct information
• Follow up with customers on phone
• Generate sales through calls
• Maintain customer records
• Achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of casting
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to speak clearly on phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sales experience is a plus
