Roles & Responsibilities    

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• ·      Understand customer requirements and effectively explain company products and services.
• ·      Conduct product demos and presentations over call or virtual platforms as required.
• ·      Follow up with leads regularly to drive conversions and closure of sales.
• ·      Generate and share payment links with customers and ensure timely payment completion.
• ·      Provide post-sales support and address customer queries or concerns professionally.
• ·      Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or tracking systems.
• ·      Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
• ·      Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• ·      Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.
• ·      Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards during customer interactions.
