āØ What Weāre Looking For:
ā¢ Conduct live Video KYC sessions with customers in line with Regulatory guidelines.
ā¢ Verify customer identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) during the video call.
ā¢ Capture and record customer consent and ensure proper documentation.
ā¢ Customer Liveliness check
š Your Responsibilities:
ā¢ Review Video KYC sessions conducted by Makers for accuracy and compliance.
ā¢ Validate customer details against submitted documents and regulatory requirements.
ā¢ Identify gaps, errors, or potential fraud indicators and recommend corrective actions.
ā¢ Ensure timely reporting of exceptions and maintain audit trails.
ā¢ Provide feedback and training inputs to Makers for process improvement.
