Job Description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Telecaller to handle outbound calling, generate leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to meet calling targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
• Follow approved calling scripts and company guidelines during conversations
• Lead GenerationIdentify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Update and maintain accurate lead records in the system

Customer Handling

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear and accurate information
• Build positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Data Management
• Record call details, customer feedback, and outcomes in the CRM
• Ensure all contact information and call logs are accurate and up to date
• Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the sales or recruitment team to share quality leads or shortlisted candidates

Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily call reports and performance updates to the Team Leader or Manager
• Professional ConductMaintain a polite, confident, and professional attitude at all times
• Adhere to company policies, compliance, and confidentiality standards
