Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through inbound and outbound tele-calling and database follow-ups.
• Explain and promote life and general insurance products to potential customers.
• Schedule appointments with interested prospects and conduct field meetings.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
