Nidhi Decor – Back Office (Goregaon West, New Link Road)

Position: Telesales Executive Location: Goregaon West, New Link Road, Mumbai Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executives to join our back office team at Nidhi Decor. You will be responsible for handling inbound leads, closing sales over the phone, follow-up tracking, and providing chat support to customers. Full training will be provided — no prior experience needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and close inbound sales leads over the phone
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain tracking records
• Provide chat support and resolve customer queries
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Work Timings

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Lunch Break: 45 minutes
• 2 paid leave each month + Festival Leave granted
