Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
  • Pitch club memberships / real estate projects to potential clients
  • Explain membership benefits, pricing, offers OR property details clearly
  • Handle customer queries & objections professionally
  • Generate qualified leads & fix site visits / meetings (for real estate)
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales
  • Maintain call records, lead status & follow-ups in CRM or Excel
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with sales managers / site sales teams
  • Ensure excellent customer experience over calls
