Job Title: Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products/services and generate interest
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
• Ability to handle rejection and meet targets
