Telesales Executive

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Call all new enquiries from Google, IndiaMART, website & Tier-2 / Tier-3 B2B database
• Handle cold calling for dealer / distributor / contractor onboarding
• Identify potential dealers city-wise and maintain B2B contact database
• Explain products such as Bubble Panels, Fiber Optic Lights, Pool & Fountain Lighting, Stretch Ceiling Lights, Pub Lighting
• Share catalogues, site photos & videos on WhatsApp
• Qualify leads based on city, budget, project type & decision timeline
• Maintain daily calling & follow-up record in Excel / CRM
• Pass hot dealer & project leads to management
• Coordinate with accounts & installation team for order execution
• Ensure no enquiry or dealer lead is missed

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Female candidate only
• Fresher or up to 1 years experience in inside sales / tele-sales
• Good Hindi & basic English communication
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel & email
• Willing to learn lighting & interior products
• Target-driven, disciplined & follow-up oriented

• Can repost reels / site photos on social media
