Telesales Executive

Location: Malad, Mumbai.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Team Manager

❖ Roles & Responsibilities

1) Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy

2) Client Communication, Understanding needs, explaining products/services like Tender

Information, Tender Bidding, GeM portal services, Certification services etc.

3) Aiming to increase revenue through outbound & inbound call.

4) Actively generate leads and engage with potential and existing customers to promote products or

services.

5) Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations

6) Ability to convince customers to purchase products or services.

7) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data.

8) Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.

9) Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the

telesales executive job role

10) Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints

Qualifications and Skills

 Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with

customers.

 Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

 Ability to keep track of leads, appointments, and sales activities.

 Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role

 Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools

Preferred skills and qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline

 Proven record of meeting sales targets

 Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
