🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to explain insurance products

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective follow-ups

• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM regularly

• Build strong customer relationships and provide basic post-sales support

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance Sales / Insurance Telesales (Mandatory)

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Regional language is an advantage)

• Target-oriented mindset with good negotiation & persuasion skills

• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling and performance-driven environment
