Telesales Representative

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Telesales Representative who will convert inbound leads into paying clients for our acne treatment programs. You will be the first point of contact for customers — understanding their concerns, explaining our treatment process, and guiding them confidently toward starting their clear-skin journey.

This role is a blend of consultative communication + sales ownership, with strong monthly incentives and growth opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads generated through marketing and assessment forms.
• Understand customer skin concerns, lifestyle, and past treatments.
• Explain Clinderma’s dermatologist-designed treatment plans in simple, trustworthy language.
• Address objections related to price, time, side effects, and effectiveness.
• Convert leads into sales by building confidence and establishing urgency.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
• Coordinate with dermatologists and the skin coach team for smooth onboarding.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads who showed interest but did not convert.
• Represent Clinderma’s brand with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
