Tender Executive

The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and managing tender documents to support business acquisition and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track relevant tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, operations, legal) to gather required information.
• Prepare complete tender documentation including technical, commercial, and compliance sections.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders through online portals or physical submission.
• Maintain tender databases, records, and submission logs.
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Follow up on tender status and support post-submission negotiations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-tendering portals.
• Time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in tendering/bidding (industry-specific experience preferred
