Tender Executive

Role: Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tenders (government/private portals)
• Analyze tender requirements and eligibility criteria
• Prepare and compile bid documents (technical & financial proposals)
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations)
• Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete compliance
• Maintain records of submitted bids and track results
• Handle tender documentation, EMDs, and agreements

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of tender portals (e.g., GeM, e-procurement sites)
• Basic understanding of contracts and pricing
• Time management and coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field)
• 1–3 years experience in tendering/bidding (preferred)
