Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Role Overview:The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and expanding the company’s network within an assigned territory. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations in coordination with the regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territorial sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to adjust strategies when needed.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

2. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.

3. Customer Relationship Management
