Territory Sales Manager (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for handling sales in Mumbai (Vasai, Bhiwandi, Palghar-Tarapur-Wada, NAVI Mumbai)

• Promote and market starch-based adhesives to corrugated box and paper packaging manufacturers in the Mumbai and surrounding regions.

• Meet prospective clients, explain product features and benefits, and handle technical discussions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

• Provide post-sales support and coordinate with the technical team for troubleshooting if required.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit summaries.

• Participate in exhibitions, demos, and technical seminars as needed.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / MBA (Marketing & Sales)

• Experience: Fresher (0–5 year); prior internship or sales experience in industrial products is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Should enjoy meeting people and explaining technical products.

• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby industrial areas.

• Passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
