Role:   Ticketing Executive (Real Time Data Executive)

 

For Experienced, must have 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM and Ticketing tools with Excellent verbal and written English communication.

 

Freshers with Excellent verbal and written English communication.

 

Salary Range:            2.40 Lacs to 4.00 Lacs p.a.

Description of the role:

 

The Monitoring and Support desk executive is responsible for working on a support desk monitoring incoming real time data feeds from various locations in the US. In addition to this, the resource is also expected to validate the quality of the data (based on a defined process which will be provided to the individual) and report the anomalies (if any). In the event of interruptions in the data stream or errors in the data, the resource will carry out the first level diagnosis of the issue, record a ticket in the helpdesk tool and contact the relevant support team for fixing the issues (if required). Successful candidates will be provided the required training to carry out the work specified

 

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in manning helpdesks (CRM & Ticketing Tools)
  • Freshers with Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Individuals working at BPOs directly interacting with customers are also acceptable.
  • The individual is expected to be a graduate / undergraduate, any discipline.
  • Knowledge of Office tools (Word/Excel etc.) is required. Basic IT skills will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English is a must. The candidates will be communicating with users based in the US and must be able to communicate effectively.

 

You will be receiving data from the US team (which is our client- crude oil company located in US).

 

You will have to monitor the applications and the real time data streaming on these applications. Data should be within the range / parameters given by them.

 

If the parameters do not match or data not updating or application is not working, then you will raise a ticket for the same and inform your subordinate.

 

Location:         Andheri (East), Mumbai (Candidate preferable from western line)

 

Working Days: 8 Hours Five days working. Shift based duty with 3 shifts in a day.

 

Shift Timings: 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, 11 pm to 7 am

 

Work from Office: 5 Days working (2 days off-rotational)

 

Salary Range: INR 2.40 Lacs – 4.00 Lacs p.a.

Company has entered into a long term contract with an US based Oil & Gas company to provide skilled IT resources on a T&M basis working under the direction of the their IT leadership team. The company is transforming its business on the back of heavy investments in technology around real time data capture, Big Data platforms, in-memory databases and analytical engines and elastic search services. There is also a significant push towards mobility with majority of the applications being converted into mobile apps. The company is also looking at moving towards DevOps in the near future.
