Job Description
- Fabricate piping components as per isometric drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications.
- Prepare, cut, bevel, and assemble pipes and fittings for welding or installation.
- Ensure alignment, fit-up, and dimensional accuracy prior to welding or installation.
- Collaborate with welders, QA/QC, and supervisors to verify compliance with WPS/PQR and quality standards.
- Maintain proper handling, storage, and traceability of piping materials and components.
- Conduct self-checks and support inspections to ensure work quality and conformity.
- Record fabrication activities, including material usage, cutting lists, and assembly progress.
- Follow HSE protocols and safe work practices during all fabrication activities.
- Assist in pre-commissioning, spooling, and preparation for erection at site as required.
