Training Coordinator

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions (classroom/virtual/e-learning).

• Manage training calendar, nominations, attendance, and communication.

• Track and ensure timely completion/renewal of NISM certifications and mandatory compliance training.

• Maintain training MIS, dashboards, and certification records.

• Support trainers with materials, assessments, and session logistics.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational & coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office & LMS.

• Excellent communication.

Salary

20K in hand.

Location - Santacruz

Shift time - 9:30am to 6:30pm

Week off - Sat - Sun off
