We are looking for dynamic retail store training manager and merchandiser, who will travel around the stores and train the store sales teams.

Role Objective:

To drive in-store excellence through effective staff training and impactful visual merchandising that reflects brand ethos, maximizes customer experience, and boosts sales performance across retail outlets.

• Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development Develop and deliver training modules for store staff on product knowledge, brand values, sales techniques, and customer service.

• Conduct regular in-store training sessions and refresher courses.
• Track performance post-training for effectiveness.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation Design and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with global brand guidelines.

• Ensure all displays, signage, and promotional material are visually appealing and up-to-date.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure consistent brand presentation across stores.
• Partner with the marketing team for seasonal and campaign rollouts.

Retail Operations SupportWork closely with Area Sales Managers and Store Managers to understand store-level challenges and improve performance.

• Identify product performance trends and communicate feedback to the buying and product team.
• Ensure h
• igh standards of cleanliness, layout, and lighting in all retail locations.

Reporting & Analysis Maintain training attendance records, feedback reports, and VM audit scores.

• Share reports with key stakeholders on training effectiveness and visual compliance.
